Jardin Artistico Nacional Huerto Del Cura

The Huerto del Cura (The Priest’s Garden), declared a National Artistic Garden in 1943, and a World Heritage Site in 2000. Covering an area of 13,000 square meters, it is densely populated with palm trees and Mediterranean plants with the Imperial Palm its most prized jewel in the crown, due to its rarity.

The Challenge

The Huerto Del Cura needed to upgrade their old audioguides with a multimedia device to further enhance the visitor experience and provide them with visitor statistics.

Whilst in the progress of the new audioguide project, the Huerto Del Cura also required a digital solution that was quick and easy to deploy, and available on the visitor’s own smartphone.

The Solution

Museummate were able to provide both of their latest solutions, the SmartGuide multimedia Visitor Assistant and EasyGuide digital web application as both solutions use the same intuitive Content Management Software.

In both solutions, it is possible to update the content in real time and obtain data intelligence, through which valuable information and knowledge about the visit and its visitors can be gained.

The Result

In just one week, the Huerto del Cura acquired the EasyGuide progressive web app. Due to the garden covering such a large area, visitors access the immersive content through an interactive map, no internet or download required.

Similarly, if the visitor decides to choose the SmartGuide multimedia device, not only is the content displayed identical, but the visitor data received is as well.
