The Scenario

The Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, or simply the Thyssen, is an art museum in Madrid, Spain. The Museum wanted to offer its visitors a unique visit experience through the two Collections that make up this Museum.

In addition, the Service should cover the Temporary Exhibitions that are held throughout the year which attracts a large number of local and tourist visitors.

The care for detail is essential in the policy of the Museum, so the Service should be respectful with the surroundings of the lobby and the Rooms.

MuseumMate Solution

Thanks to a counter designed exclusively for the lobby area, it was possible to offer visitors the Service for the visit to the Permanent Collection and from another, modular and mobile, the Service for the different Temporary Exhibitions.

The Guidoo Comfort and Guidoo Video Audioguide had a great reception on the part of the visitors, thanks to its comfort of use and the hygiene provided by its design.
